Is there wheelchair access?
Yes, all levels can be accessed. There are also bathrooms on every level.
Where can I park?
There is ticketed street parking surrounding the venue. Paid parking is available at Chevron Renaissance, Surfers Paradise Car Park, 3240 Surfers Paradise Boulevard, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217.
Do you host weddings?
Yes!! We love a good love party. Chat to our team for details.
Can I bring cake and decorations?
You are welcome to bring a cake and no cakeage fee is charged. Please leave decorations at home, unless you’d like to book a private function and our styling team can assist.
Is your rooftop weather-proof?
Rain or shine, our rooftop is ready to impress with covered spaces available for all conditions.
Can you cater to dietary requirements?
Of course! Our menu features options to accommodate most dietary needs. Let us know when booking, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Is Hotel Jardin family-friendly?
Absolutely!
Can I bring my dog?
We do allow dogs in the ground floor external areas, however, we are unable to allow dogs in the venue, service dogs accepted.
Do you take walk-ins?
Absolutely! We welcome walk-ins, but bookings are recommended to secure your spot.
Can I request a specific location in the venue?
Our team does take requests for certain seating locations and will do our best to accommodate this for you on the day, however, this is not guaranteed. Just make a note in the booking notes if you would like to request an area.
